Elizabeth Jane Hurley is an English actress and model who became known as a girlfriend of Hugh Grant in the 1990s. Hurley has been a part of Grant and was at the time in being the focus of media all over the world due to the success at the box office in Four Weddings and a Funeral in Los Angeles. Her dress was designed by Versace included a soaring neckline, and gold safety pins. Hurley's partnership with Estee Lauder, a cosmetics manufacturer, has been regarded as a defining moment in her career. Hurley was recruited by Estee Lauder to be their first model at age 29. In 1995 she's been a model in the products of the company including Sensuous Intuition and Pleasures. Her most well-known work is her role as Vanessa Kensington, in the famous spy film International Man of Mystery (2007) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (2000). Hurley is the designer and model of an eponymous line of beachwear. Perry's first attempts to be famous in the mainstream did not succeed. She has been signed by 2 recording companies, but was dropped before releasing any of her songs. Capitol Records however released Perry's EP Ur So Gay in 2007. Ur So Gay's title track was a jolly and sly single that garnered little or no interest. "I Kissed" a Girl was a more assertive ode sexism with a sharp edged electronic-pop beat. A few critics accused it of promoting homosexual relationships, while others claimed that its racy depiction was intended to attract male fantasies. I Kissed a Girl, an enthralling combination of sexual satire with a sophisticated melody, helped I Kissed a Girl to achieve the number one spot across the world and boost sales for her album, One of the Boys. Hot N Cold is a well-known second track. Perry also wrote a large portion of the lyrics on the album.
